Young Ser Yeh is Bespoke Solution Training Consultancy's project manager, associate trainer/assessor for Environmental Services courses. Ser Yeh has more than 8 years of cleaning supervisor experience in the cleaning industry and more than 10 years of experience delivering WSQ training.
