About This Course

This two-day intensive course equips participants with practical strategies and tools to effectively navigate and resolve workplace conflicts. Through interactive exercises and case studies, participants will learn to identify potential conflict triggers, understand different conflict styles, and develop effective communication and negotiation skills. The course emphasizes collaborative problem-solving, empowering participants to proactively address conflicts with colleagues, find mutually agreeable solutions, and implement effective follow-up actions to ensure lasting resolutions. Participants will also learn to identify and leverage internal and external resources to support conflict resolution efforts, fostering a more positive and productive work environment.

What You'll Learn

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:
• LO1. Identify intersections of roles and responsibilities in their team to anticipate and minimise potential sources of conflict
• LO2. Conduct research to find internal and external sources of assistance to support conflict resolution in the workplace
• LO3. Facilitate conflict resolution among affected team members in a workplace conflict
• LO4. Document the context of the conflict, discussions in the resolution process and the agreed follow-ups and solutions
• LO5. Monitor and modify agreed follow-ups and resolutions to ensure conflicts are effectively resolved

Minimum Entry Requirements

Entry Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in any sector; and
- Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) 4 or equivalent
*Learners without the right WPLN or equivalent qualifications can be accepted if they have at least 3 years of relevant working experience in supervisory roles, subject to the MR’s approval.

REFUND POLICY

  • For course withdrawal, the refund amount will depend on how many days before course start date that the withdrawal request is received by BESPOKE, as below:
  • More than Ten (10) days – Refund of 100% of course fee collected
  • Four (4) to Ten (10) days - Refund of course fee collected an administration charge of $53.50.
  • Three (3) days or less – No refund of course fee collected.
  • For any amount of refund approved by BESPOKE, the refund amount will be made through a mode of payment that will be determined by BESPOKE at its sole discretion.
  • There will be no refund for partial attendance of the course.
