About This Course
This module provides an understanding of the workplace safety and health policies, procedures and programmes. Participants will be equipped with the technical knowledge to educate workers on workplace safety and health policies, procedures and programmes. In addition, participants will be able to implement and control workplace safety and health management programmes as well as risk management programmes. Developing, implementing, and updating health and safety policies and procedures.
Providing adequate training and resources to support compliance.
Regularly reviewing and assessing health and safety measures for effectiveness.
What You'll Learn
o Interpret the overall objectives of a WSH Management system to provide a structured management structure to control safety risks and operational processes relation to safety of operations
o Determine the context of the organisation in line with the WSH management system structure
o Apply the provisions of the WSH Act to determine the responsibilities of the cleaning crew and WSH Committee
o Adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Practice on WSH risk management to Implement a workplace Risk management program to establish relevant risk controls.
o Identify how the organisation's policies and procedures are applied to the workplace
o Explain the types of high-risk activities where a Permit to work is required
o Develop a procedure and relevant team for investigation, reporting and taking the recommended corrective actions based on WSH legal requirements
o Establish suitable platforms for dissemination of WSH matters in relation to WSH Management system for continual improvement.
o Ensure that workers are adequately trained with the skillsets attained and experience gained to handle risks at the workplace.

REFUND POLICY
- For course withdrawal, the refund amount will depend on how many days before course start date that the withdrawal request is received by BESPOKE, as below:
- More than Ten (10) days – Refund of 100% of course fee collected
- Four (4) to Ten (10) days - Refund of course fee collected an administration charge of $53.50.
- Three (3) days or less – No refund of course fee collected.
- For any amount of refund approved by BESPOKE, the refund amount will be made through a mode of payment that will be determined by BESPOKE at its sole discretion.
- There will be no refund for partial attendance of the course.
